One-to One sessions

How do one-on-one play therapy sessions help?

In one-on-one play therapy, your child gets to feel truly seen, heard, and accepted, without needing to say a single word.

These sessions give your child a safe and comfy space to work through their emotions at their own speed. Steph is there to reflect and hold your child's process whilst also  gently guiding your child to help further their own process. It’s in this relaxed, supportive and neutral space that trust builds, defenses drop, and the real healing kicks in.

Unlike group or talk therapy, these sessions are 100% about your child and what they need. Every toy they pick, every story they tell, and every move they make reflects their feelings, validates their emotions, and nudges them toward growth. Slowly but surely, play becomes their way to find clarity, build confidence, and express themselves.

Sometimes, all it takes is one caring, consistent adult cheering them on to make a world of difference.

Group Sessions

How do group play therapy sessions help?

When kids play together purposefully, it’s more than fun, they grow and thrive as a team.

Group play therapy provides a supportive space where kids learn from each other and discover their strengths. Through guided activities that staph carefully plans, they practice sharing, problem-solving, kindness, and communication in a safe environment.

The best part? It’s about building connections. Kids learn they’re not alone with big feelings, handle conflicts healthily, and see friendships grow through honesty and play. Every moment fosters resilience, kindness, and teamwork.

In group play therapy, kids discover: I belong. I matter. I’m not alone.
